BTMC telah dijemput untuk menghadiri Hari Kesihatan Majlis Bandaraya Diraja Klang dengan tema “Stronger Together for a Healthier Tomorrow”, yang telah dirasmikan oleh YBhg. Dato’ Haji Abd. Hamid Hussain, Datuk Bandar Majlis Bandaraya Diraja Klang.

Sepanjang program ini, pasukan kami telah menjalankan pemeriksaan kesihatan asas seperti ujian tekanan darah, ujian gula dalam darah dan ujian mobile ECG untuk para tetamu. Kami juga telah mengadakan ceramah kesihatan bertajuk “Senaman Ergonomik Mudah di Pejabat” bersama Dr. Arulkumaran Viapuri (Occupational Health Doctor) dan ahli fisioterapi kami yang turut membuat demonstrasi senaman sesuai untuk di pejabat.

Kicking off with full energy and team spirit! 💥

BTMC took part in the 5th Persatuan Alumni Taiwan, Selangor dan Wilayah Persekutuan – Hextar Dato’ Ong Soon Ho Challenge Trophy Indoor Football Tournament, a day packed with exciting matches, teamwork, and laughter. ⚽

Beyond the matches, it was a wonderful chance to strengthen community ties and encourage a healthy, active lifestyle. A big thank you to the organisers for hosting such a meaningful event, and well done to every team that brought their A-game to the court! 🙌

If your little one’s cough keeps getting worse and you hear a high-pitched “whoop” when they breathe in, it could be whooping cough (pertussis).

👶 Babies are most at risk and may even stop breathing during severe coughing fits.
