Yang & Yin Yoga(阴阳瑜伽)是一种把动态的阳练习与静态的阴伸展结合在一起的课程。
阳的部分让身体暖起来、动起来、启动力量与循环;
阴的部分则让身体慢下来、深度放松、进入筋膜与关节的延展。
先动后静,让能量与放松在同一堂课中取得平衡。
除此之外,再配合远红线的热度促进血液的循环,也助于消水肿,提升身体的新陈代谢。
