There is this interesting topic, me and my antenatal class parents get excited about every time is Postpartum Diet Plan.
The moms to be gets very excited when I share alots of amazing food selections that they can actually go for during confinement. Priceless happy faces😍.
One of the major things we discuss will be choice the of breakfast. I will always vote for avocado smoothie even its not many mothers favorite but we can't deny the benefit of it.
