This is motherhood.

Motherhood is being pulled in a thousand directions at once, but somehow finding the strength to keep showing up with love. It’s messy hair, tired eyes, and a heart so full it could burst.

We are sorry that from your very first breath, you had to fight just to take another.
That something as natural as breathing became a battle you faced over and over again.

We are sorry that eating wasn’t simple.
That every tiny sip took effort when it should have been a comfort.
That your little body had to work so hard just to stay warm..
when you should have been tucked safely inside your mother , protected and at peace.

We are sorry your first bed was in a hospital.
Surrounded by beeping machines and bright lights instead of warm arms.

You are the strongest person I’ve ever known, and you don’t even realize it yet.
You fought battles no newborn should ever face… and you won.

Our love for you is endless, my sweet, tiny warrior.
And I promise, no matter what, we will face every battle together.

“Why are so many kids autistic now?” 🤔

Must be the vaccines. Or the tablets. Or Cocomelon. Or whatever TikTok told you to panic about today.

Nah, babe. What’s really wild is how y’all act like autism just popped up outta nowhere — when in reality, you grew up surrounded by undiagnosed autistic people. You just called it something else.

Your cousin wasn’t “lazy.” He just couldn’t function without routine.
Your uncle didn’t “give you the creeps.” He struggled with social cues.
Your grandpa with the strict breakfast routine and same chair every morning? That was sensory comfort and hyperfixation.
That classmate who was brilliant but never spoke?
The sibling who had meltdowns over scratchy clothes or loud sounds?
The kid who knew more about dinosaurs or trains than the teacher?
The adult who wears the exact same outfit every single day because it feels right?

You didn’t miss autism. You mislabeled it.
Autism isn’t new — but diagnosis is.
Awareness is.
Acceptance is.

So yeah, go ahead and keep blaming screen time or Tylenol if it makes you feel better — while entire generations of folks were dismissed as “weird,” “bad,” or “slow.”

It’s not a rise in autism.
It’s a rise in people finally being seen for who they really are. 🩷❤️🧡💛💚🩵💙💜

I engaged Precious 30 Days for my confinement period. From the very beginning, Kalai akka impressed me with a detailed 1-hour call where she patiently explained the entire service step-by-step. Closer to my delivery date, she came for a house visit, re-explained the package, and addressed my concerns as a first-time mum. This personal touch gave me great confidence going into my confinement period.

Saras akka was assigned as my therapist — and honestly, she was God-sent. She cared for both my baby and me with such dedication, guiding me through every step and explaining the “why” behind each practice. Her expertise was evident, yet she remained humble and generous in sharing her knowledge and practical advice. I think she and my mum are now best friends! 😄

Hi Kalai akka, Thank you so much for the service from precious 30.. Im very satisfied.. Food had varieties and were delicious with a big portion! Never thought confinement food can be tasty.. Therapist Pream was very dedicated and caring towards both me and baby.. Im happy with the baby bath, massage.. She reviewed my wound daily and advised me accordingly.. She is like a sister and good friend to me.. She helped me out a lot with my breastfeeding journey.. Her selfless effort and courage had made my breastfeeding journey a success.. Enjoyed the body massage by her too.. It was very relaxing.. Really appreciate her creativity of using a waffle maker to warm up the potli 😂..
Lactation counsellor Manikha was helpful and caring too.. Overall, thanks a lot to precious 30 for the excellent services! 😊

When the adult ego kicks in and say babies need us , they silently prove we need them more than they need us. With one beautiful smile and pure heart they heal all the pain we adults face. Giving us hope, makes us realize there is still unconditional love in this world.
We just got to trust the journey ❤. Love my job

I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks for the exceptional confinement service provided. Your dedication, professionalism, and attention to detail made a world of difference during this important period for both me and my baby.

The therapist assigned to us did an amazing job in caring for both mum and baby with great skill, patience, and warmth. The food menu was well thought out, with meals that were not only nutritious and balanced but also delicious. Delivery was always prompt, and everything was handled with the utmost cleanliness and care.

The postnatal massages were also incredibly beneficial and relaxing. On top of that, the valuable advice and guidance given throughout the confinement period—both from the therapist and from the boss—were deeply appreciated and helped us navigate this phase with confidence and peace of mind.

The entire confinement service was comprehensive and professional from start to finish. Every aspect was clearly designed with the well-being of both mother and baby in mind, and it truly exceeded our expectations.
