Luka Kecil? Jangan Buat Tak Tahu! Ini Cara Rawat dekat Rumah.
Terkena pisau sikit, jatuh calar lutut, atau luka kecil masa buat kerja rumah? Relax… boleh settle sendiri je kalau tahu cara 😎

👉 Step simple:

🧼 1. Basuh tangan dulu
Jangan terus pegang luka, nanti kuman masuk pulak.

🚿 2. Cuci luka dengan air
Lalukan bawah air paip je dah cukup untuk buang kotoran.

🩸 3. Tekan sikit kalau berdarah
Guna kain bersih atau tisu, tekan sampai darah stop.

🧴 4. Letak antiseptik
Supaya luka tak dijangkiti kuman.

🩹 5. Tutup dengan plaster (kalau perlu)
Kalau luka terdedah, better cover untuk elak kotor.

🔄 6. Tukar plaster selalu
Jangan malas, pastikan sentiasa bersih & kering.

⚠️ Alert sikit!
Kalau luka dalam, darah tak berhenti, bengkak, bernanah atau makin sakit → terus jumpa doktor ya!

Ingat… luka kecil pun kalau tak jaga betul boleh jadi masalah besar 👍

🔥 Emergency Response Simulation – LRT Shah Alam (X-SAL25) 🔥

This emergency response drill was conducted in collaboration with various government agencies as part of the preparation before the official operation of the LRT line from Johan Setia to Bandar Utama begins.

📍 Scenario:
Strong winds caused a signboard to fall and block the LRT track, resulting in an accident and a fire outbreak.

👥 A total of 100 victims were involved and categorized as follows:
✅ 80 stable
🤕 15 with minor injuries
🚨 5 seriously injured

A big thanks to Hospital Tengku Ampuan Rahimah Klang for inviting us to take part in this emergency simulation exercise. 👏
