1. Circle the classes you would like to join, and send the photo back to me (or list down the dates you want to join).
2. Make payment to secure you spot, I will send you the payment details.
3. You are good to go~ just show up at class, bring your water, towel & mat. If you have block & strap you may bring along too!

Give yourself 8 weeks time, by attending 2 classes in a week (2.5 hours in a week), you will experience the difference in your body.

Our class doesn't want you to stress yourself, just come to learn the basic, enjoy a good stretch, and flow with your heart. If only you want to, attempt the challenging poses, to see how far you can go.
