Hi everyone, here's our November 2025 schedule. If you are interested to join us, just follow the simple steps below:

1. Circle the classes you would like to join, and send the photo back to me (or list down the dates you want to join).
2. Make payment to secure you spot, I will send you the payment details.
3. You are good to go~ just show up at class, bring your water, towel & mat. If you have block & strap you may bring along too!
