Are you craving for some Kimchi Onigiri? DM us now to place order for some very fresh kimchi, and try making some Kimchi Tuna Onigiri this coming weekend! Here's our secret & simple recipe for you to modify according to your preference and creativity!😋 We await your version of EatReal Kimchi Onigiri!

Kimchi Tuna Onigiri
Ingredients:
- 1 cup EatReal kimchi chopped
- 1 canned tuna, drained well
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Some toasted sesame seeds (for coating)
- 4 cups cooked short grain white rice
- 1-2 sheets plain roasted seaweeds

Directions:
1. Sauté kimchi over medium heat for 2 minutes.
2. Add tuna and stir to continue sauteing until the mixture turns a little dry.
3. Add sesame oil and stir.
4. Season rice with a couple of pinches of salt.
5. Shape the onigiri with cooked rice by placing a tablespoonfull of kimchi tuna filling in the centre. You may use a rice patty presser for better shape.
6. Cut a sheet of plain roasted seaweed into 8 strips. Wrap the bottom of the rice patties with the seaweed strips.
7. Dip the top of rice patties in roasted sesame seeds to coat. Ready to serve!
