Why will depending solely on supplements to get your nutrients to be a big mistake in your life?

Have you ever considered relying solely on supplements to get all the nutrients your body needs? While supplements can be a convenient way to get essential vitamins and minerals, they can't fully replace natural foods.

Whole foods contain a complex combination of nutrients that work together to provide optimal health benefits, and many of these nutrients can't be replicated in supplement form. For example, fruits and vegetables contain fibre, phytochemicals, and other beneficial compounds not found in most supplements.

Additionally, whole foods provide more diverse nutrients than supplements, including macronutrients like carbohydrates, fats, and proteins.

Relying solely on supplements to get your daily dose of nutrients can lead to various health problems. First, it can cause nutrient imbalances, where you might take too much of a particular nutrient while neglecting others. This can result in adverse effects on your health.

Moreover, some supplements have harmful side effects when taken in high doses or with certain medications. For example, excessive intake of vitamin A can lead to liver damage, while high levels of vitamin E can interfere with blood clotting.

The quality and purity of supplements are also a concern. Some supplements might contain contaminants, such as heavy metals or pesticides, which can harm your health.

Additionally, some supplements might contain different nutrients than advertised, making it hard to know exactly how much of a particular nutrient you are consuming.

If you are considering relying solely on supplements, it's essential to consult a registered dietitian or healthcare provider first. They can help you develop a nutrition plan tailored to your needs. They can also help you identify any nutrient deficiencies and provide guidance on addressing them through a balanced diet.

While supplements can be helpful in certain situations, relying solely on them to meet your nutritional needs is not recommended. Instead, focus on consuming a variety of whole foods to ensure you get all the nutrients your body needs to function optimally.

Doing so can support your overall health and well-being and reduce the risk of nutrient imbalances, harmful side effects, and other health complications associated with relying solely on supplements.

What is the best time to drink water?

The best time to drink water depends on your individual needs and lifestyle, as well as any medical conditions you may have. Generally, it is recommended to drink water throughout the day to stay hydrated and maintain proper bodily functions.

However, here are some specific times when drinking water may be particularly beneficial:

Upon waking up: Drinking water first thing in the morning can help to hydrate your body after several hours of sleep and kickstart your metabolism.

Before meals: Drinking water before meals can help to fill you up and reduce your overall food intake, which may aid in weight loss efforts.

During meals: Drinking water during meals can help with digestion and prevent overeating.

After exercise: Drinking water after exercise can help to replenish fluids lost through sweat and prevent dehydration.

Before bed: Drinking water before bed can help to prevent dehydration during the night and reduce the risk of constipation.

Drinking water throughout the day is important to maintain hydration levels in the body. It is recommended to drink at least 8 glasses (64 ounces) of water per day, or more if you are physically active, live in a hot climate, or have a medical condition that requires more fluid intake.

There is no specific time that is considered the "best" time to drink water. However, it is important to drink water when you are thirsty, and also to drink water before, during, and after physical activity or exercise.

Additionally, some people find it helpful to drink water before meals to aid in digestion and to promote feelings of fullness, which can help with weight management.

In general, it is best to spread out your water intake throughout the day rather than drinking a large amount all at once. This helps to maintain hydration levels and prevent dehydration.

Ultimately, it is important to listen to your body and drink water when you feel thirsty.

Gut indigestion and water

Dyspepsia, another name for gut indigestion, is a frequent digestive issue that produces pain and discomfort in the upper abdomen.

By drinking water, this condition can be improved. Water aids in the elimination of toxins and facilitates digestion by dissolving food particles and transporting them through the gastrointestinal tract.

Water consumption before and after meals might lessen the probability of indigestion and assist in preventing of overeating.

The stomach's digestive juices can become diluted if you drink too much water during meals, which can cause indigestion.

It is generally advised to drink water sparingly and spread your intake throughout the day.

CAN HEALTHY FOOD PREVENT CANCER?

Many are of course thinking of the types of foods that can cause cancer in our body. Especially those at high risk like those who have family members who have ever had cancer.

For those who are suffering from cancer or who have completed treatment, I would like to suggest a suitable diet for them.

Earlier, the American Cancer Society said obesity and food choices were one of the main factors in getting cancer, especially:

1. Breast Cancer
2. Colon and Re**al Cancer
3. Esophageal Cancer and Stomach Cancer
4. Liver Cancer
5. Ovarian Cancer and Uterine Cancer
6. Pancreatic Cancer
7. Thyroid Cancer
8. Multiple Myeloma Blood Cancer

In addition to obesity, other factors are:

1. Not physically active
2. Alcohol intake
3. Cigarette addiction
4. Not enough nutrition (not not enough to eat)

Of course the food we eat affects our risk of getting cancer. Hereditary (genetic) factors are something that cannot be controlled. Who can choose to be born into a family with genetic problems. No can't choose which family to be born in. Only we are able to choose and control our diet. We also choose not to be obese. With that we are able to control the risk of getting cancer.

Six ways to lower your risk of getting cancer by choosing a diet.

1. Increase circumcision fasting and do an Intermittent Fasting Diet.

2. Practice the Mediterranean Diet while eating. Among the features of this diet are:

a. Plenty of vegetables and fruits

b. Increase whole grains. Examples we can practice are boiled rice and brown rice.

c. Take healthy fats such as extra virgin olive oil, nuts and seeds such as sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds.

d. Take healthy proteins such as chicken and fish as well as protein from plants (legumes).

Decrease or stop:

i. Reduce red meat
ii. Reduce fried foods using old oil.
iii. Reduce white sugar
iv. Reduce transfat

3. Take five to nine servings of fruits and vegetables. In other words, more is good.

Most nutritionists agree that the Mediterranean Diet can prevent cancer and have a positive effect on health. In fact, many scientists and medical experts admit that consuming a lot of fiber in food as practiced in the Mediterranean Diet can prevent colon and re**al cancer, which is the most common cancer in Malaysia.

Choose "rainbow colored" fruits and vegetables. The natural dyes in fruits and vegetables are phytonutrients that lower the risk of getting cancer. Vitamins, minerals and antioxidants in fruits and vegetables are also able to prevent cancer and metabolic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension and heart disease.

Simply put, I give tips and tricks. -Take 3 different color types.

-50% of the dishes are vegetables and fruits.
- Make sure 50% of the vegetables supply protein.

4. Limit white sugar intake

White sugar is a processed carbohydrate. It supplies energy and it also becomes food on cancer cells. So it is important for cancer patients to avoid added sugars because the simple sugars are still abundant naturally in vegetables and fruits. In addition, added sugar can cause obesity which is the cause of some cancers.

Also be wary of added sugar in cakes, breads, biscuits, soft drinks and sauces.

Some take food to calm their feelings, some eat for energy and some eat to socialize. So don’t make excuses to choose nutritious foods while calming the mind, finding energy and socializing.

4. Stop alcohol and ci******es

Alcohol and ci******es are often closely linked to cancer of the lungs, esophagus, throat and even breast. Alcohol addicts often suffer from colon cancer and liver cancer.

5. Reduce salt consumption

Among the food products that contain a lot of salt are processed foods that are canned, bottled and stored in plastic. Includes soy sauce, sauce, crackers and canned meat.

6. Take vitamin E tocotrieonol supplement (50 to 100 mg daily)

Low vitamin E levels will lead to an increased risk of breast, colon and pancreatic cancer.

Many want to start a healthy diet but don’t know how. I suggest starting with the intake of lots of vegetables and fruits in our diet. It is very effective in starting the right way of eating.

The next step is to stop fizzy drinks and sugary foods.

Cut down on fried foods. Drink enough water.

Hopefully useful.

This turmeric is an amazingly great food that many don’t know.

No wonder turmeric is widely used in old people's recipes.

There are many benefits. Among them:

1. Arsenic Toxin Blocker - Arsenic is a poison harmful to human health. The danger of arsenic is that it can damage DNA.

2. Anti Cancer - In the Journal of Alternative Therapies in Health and Medicine, curcumin in turmeric is reported to help inhibit the growth of cancer cells. Even more interesting when mixed with piperine (a substance that causes a spicy taste in black pepper) it shrinks breast cancer stem cells.

4. Anti Tumor - Turmeric also weakens cancer cells, curcumin from turmeric also prevents blood vessels from forming tumors.

5. Brain Damage Blocker - Curcuminoids from turmeric can neutralize free radicals and prevent damage to brain cells. Not only that it also acts as a guardian to the brain cells. Known as a neuroprotective agent. Ala-ala security guard.

6. Glowing Skin - Not just quickly heals wounds but when mixed with yogurt, and honey it becomes a great natural mask. Softens and rejuvenates the skin.

7. Fat Burner - If you want to lose weight, take turmeric. Turmeric inhibits the formation of fat. Interestingly, turmeric has thermogenic power - burn fat.

In short, if you want glowing skin, brain power, away from senility, tumors and cancer as well as a slender body, practice turmeric.

Two months have already gone for the New Year. Yes, time flies...

Have you ever thought about what you have done so far?

If you have not any changes in your life for those two months, you have wasted your life ..yes

as Bruce Lee mentioned,

"If you love life, don't waste time, for time is what life is made up of."

Would you still be dreaming and hoping for a change in your life?
.as Albert Einstein quoted,

"Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results."

You may ask me: Why do I have to write you this?

What does that got to do with guts?

Let me tell you this:

As your good friend, I am giving you gems in life what the others had given me in the past.

I care for you, that's why I even spent my time writing you this.

It may be harsh but I got to state a matter of fact.

You are drifting endlessly and not going for your dreams.

You may bluffed your family, your friend, your boss, everyone...but let me tell you this:

You are cheating no one but yourself.

Why?

Without doing anything to change your future,
you will be broke or your dreams unfulfilled forever.

People wouldn't care less...they need to take care of themselves.

As Bill Gates put it: If you are born poor, it is not your fault. but if you die poor, it is your fault.

You deserve it as you are gutless..

You do not have the guts to change yourself..

That is the reason why your guts will be unfilled and your dreams unfulfilled.

Let's make a resolve to change your situation now.

Whatever your dreams are, be it losing ten pounds of body fat in a month, or making your first $1,000 online in a month...

Start taking action.

Plan yourself small, realistic goals.

Reward yourself by having a good meal or have a day off with family when you reach that goal.

Then work yourself to higher goals until that stretches your limits and you reach your dreams.

You will soon realized that you have improved every single day and be closer and closer to what you have yearned for.

It's now or never.

I have been struggling with digestive issues for years. I frequently experienced bloating, gas, and stomach pain after meals, and often had irregular bowel movements. I have tried various over-the-counter remedies and dietary changes, but nothing seemed to help.

One day, I came across an advertisement for Biofit, a probiotic supplement that claimed to support gut health and improve digestion. Intrigued, I did some research and read several positive reviews from people who had used Biofit to manage their digestive issues.

Feeling hopeful, I decided to give Biofit a try. I ordered a bottle online and started taking it every day as directed.

After a few weeks of taking Biofit, I started to notice some improvements in my digestive health. My bloating and stomach pain were less frequent, and I felt more comfortable after meals. My bowel movements also became more regular.

As I continue to take Biofit, my digestive issues continued to improve. I felt more energized and had fewer gastrointestinal symptoms. I even noticed that my skin was clearer and my mood was better.

I was thrilled with the results I had achieved with Biofit. I continued taking the supplement as part of her daily routine and recommended it to my friends and family who were also struggling with digestive issues.
