• Sharp / electric shock sensation
• Numbness or tingling
• Worse when sitting long time

Body squats are beneficial if knee pain is due to:
• Quadriceps weakness
• Glute weakness (poor hip control)
• Poor knee stability
• Sedentary lifestyle / deconditioning
• Early-stage knee pain (not acute injury)

Why they help:
• Strengthen quadriceps → supports knee joint
• Activate gluteus medius & maximus → reduces knee overload
• Improve joint control & coordination
• Increase blood flow → promotes healing
