Our class covers important topics such as:

Thank you to the 5 couples who joined us, both in person and online, for Part 2 of our antenatal class.

This session focused on the later stages of pregnancy, how to prepare for labour and delivery, what to expect during labour, and the possible situations that may arise. When parents understand more, they panic less and feel more ready for the journey ahead. 🤍
