This patient need urgent surgery as the intraocular pressure is high and the lens can cause inflammation.

Retinitis pigmentosa adalah penyakit genetik. Ia menyebabkan rabun malam sejak usia muda.
Pada usia pertengahan, pesakit kehilangan medan penglihatan pertengahan diikuti oleh medan penglihatan jauh tetapi sering mengekalkan penglihatan pusat sehingga peringkat akhir penyakit.

Pesakit ini baru berumur 34 tahun, Kaunseling dan susulan dengan pakar mata adalah penting.

Retinitis pigmentosa is a genetic disease. It cause nightblindness since young age.
At middle age, patients lose midperipheral vision followed by far-peripheral visual field but often maintain central vision until the very end stage of the disease.

This patient is just 34 years old, Counselling and follow ups with eye specialist is important.

Beware of tuberculosis.
Besides lungs tuberculosis can infect any parts of the body.
Eye screening is needed for both detection and treatment of Ocular TB and also monitoring side effects of TB medications.

𝐀𝐧𝐠𝐥𝐞-𝐜𝐥𝐨𝐬𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐠𝐥𝐚𝐮𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐚 is a sight-threatening emergency where the iris blocks the eye's drainage angle, causing a rapid, severe rise in intraocular pressure (IOP). Acute symptoms include severe eye pain, red eye, headache, nausea, vomiting, and blurry vision with halos around lights. Treatment involves immediate pressure reduction with medication, followed by urgent laser peripheral iridotomy.
