How can pilates help in addition to physiotherapy? We believe pilates offers a wide range of health benefits, and here in Movewell, we offer 1:1 mat and reformer pilates with a clinical approach to cater for all conditions.

We incorporate the main principles from Joseph Pilates, but focus on 3 main components during our pilates class:

1. Alignment
2. Breathing
3. Core

Each pilates session includes a postural analysis followed by an individualised exercise program derived from the original 34 pilates exercises. We cater to all musculoskeletal conditions such as lower back pain, scoliosis, osteoarthritis, post-surgical rehab, and even neurological disorders.
