上次来兰卡威,不想打卡热门景点,就试了这个超小众的【自然瑜伽体验】。
📌没想到零基础也完全OK!跟着老师慢慢拉伸、呼吸、静坐,最后还有音疗,整个人都轻了好多~

可以选择在海边,踩着柔软的沙,听着浪声做瑜伽,真的太治愈了。🌊
