A course I've been waiting for - Manual Approach to the Brain (MAB 1). This is an advanced course where we work with the brain, or I should say structures that are connected to the brain. It's so fascinating how it works and with the brain techniques, the effectiveness of treatment increases. So good to be learning from Kare (pronounced as Core), our teacher from Denmark and Pierre being assistant. Inputs from them are valuable to help our clients.

And of course this round decided to repeat and revise on my VM3 Pelvic. Fine tuning my skills and knowledge again under Kare's guidance. Really grateful for the guidance. And, I would like to thank my classmates and training partners for allowing me to practice on their body and their feedback.

Really enjoyed this session, meeting old friends and making new friends from Canada, Hong Kong, Thailand, and different parts of Malaysia. Hope to see you guys again soon ❤️

It's always intriguing to learn about the human body. Finally completing my skillset for vascular system last week and also refresh my knowledge about the system and how we can help our clients better with the assessment and treatment.

Also want to take this opportunity to thank my training partners for their body so that I can practice to improve my skill. Deeply appreciate it.

Of course, not to forget Pierre - our teacher, whom we know for years sharing his insights and experience in the class. And helping us to fine tune our manual skill in the class. Thank you and can't wait to see you again soon.

Two weeks ago, I had the privilege to share a breathwork session with Karen's Women In Midlife Community, focusing on anxiety and insomnia. 🌙✨
During the workshop, we explored how simple breathing techniques can calm the mind, reduce stress, and prepare the body for deeper, restorative sleep.

Karen recently shared with me that the members have continued practicing the exercises—and the results speak for themselves:
💤 Sleeping better
💆‍♀️ Feeling less anxious
🌿 Living with more ease

Hearing this feedback reminds me why I’m so passionate about teaching breathwork—it gives people the tools to regulate their nervous system and feel more in control of their health.
