How to Encourage Baby’s Movements in the Womb 🤰✨
Every baby has their own rhythm, but sometimes a little change can wake them up gently.

Stimulate the senses — talking, singing softly, or playing calm music can help baby recognise familiar sounds and respond with movement. Some babies also react when you gently place your hands on your belly.

Change your position or activity — try walking slowly, stretching, or switching from sitting to lying on your side. Increased blood flow and movement often encourage baby to wiggle back.

Remember, babies have sleep cycles too. If movements feel noticeably reduced, always trust your instincts and check with your healthcare provider 🤍

Postpartum bleeding is a normal part of recovery as your body heals after birth. In the first few weeks, lochia may be heavier and bright red, then gradually change in color and flow as the uterus contracts and returns to its normal size. ✨

Give your body time and support. Rest whenever possible, avoid overexertion, and stay well-hydrated to help healing. Using high-absorbency maternity pads, changing them frequently, and keeping the area clean can help you stay comfortable and prevent infection.

It’s also important to listen to your body. If bleeding suddenly becomes very heavy, has a strong odor, or comes with fever or severe pain, reach out to your healthcare provider promptly.

Recovery isn’t a race. Be gentle with yourself, healing after birth takes time, and you’re doing your best every single day 🤍
