Many children don’t yet have the words for what they’re feeling - but they do have play.

In play therapy, play becomes a language. It gives children a way to show what’s happening inside when talking feels too hard, overwhelming, or confusing.

At MindWell, we use play and expressive approaches to gently meet children where they are - especially during times of big emotions, anxiety, behavioural changes, or life transitions at home or school.

At MindWell, Jaslin works with children who experience overwhelm, big feelings, shutdowns, school or social stress, and difficulty expressing emotions. Through play, art, stories, and gentle emotional tools, children are given a safe space to explore what’s happening inside.
