Relieve the burden of our plant

Mask has become daily necessity since the outbreak of pandemic. According to the report from Journal of Environmental Science and Technology, the monthly global consumption of disposal masks reached the alarming figure of 194 billion and become a potential threat to the environment. With the aim of protecting the users’ health as well as the future of our earth, SkyPro started exploring the possibility to produce the mask with biodegradable material since mid-2020.

After series of tests and experiments, we have successfully developed a disposable mask that is composed of PLA. This mask possesses identical protection as standard surgical mask and could be completely disposed under specific environmental condition. This product is named as “Zero” so as to signify our emphasis our desire to bring “Zero” burden to our planet.
