You perhaps will notice we are going through some trapped emotions and pain within us which later manifests on our physical body . Its not something we have experienced before and yet we want to know what it is . The power to change our thought pattern lies within us. We have forgotten that humans have the power of Intuition which helps us manifest all that is positive and progressive . If we take the time to rest and heal, all our inner feelings will surface to guide us to tell us what is troubling and hurting us . At Osalok we work with the subconscious mind giving it powerful suggestions so that it can make the approriate changes in your thought patterns and belief systems. Reintegrate which is help you process your goal towards a better and balanced Body Mind Reprogramming. I am here to to hear you - help you- and I am with you in this journey . I work with stress management , Phobia, smoking, anxiety, pain management and also do change work . Why Mental Health Support Is ‘Costly,’ Not ‘Expensive’ 🕊️

Pierre-Alexis Dumas of Hermès once said —
“It’s costly, not expensive.”

That line stayed with me.
Because healing is the same.

Therapy, Reiki, or hypnotherapy may seem costly — but it’s not about the price. It’s about the value it gives back to you:

✨ Confidence and clarity

You’re not paying for a session — you’re investing in yourself.

So yes, it may be costly — because it’s built on time, skill, and care.
