- Lumurkan sedikit garam dan blackpepper atas ikan salmon,kemudian grilled salmon dgn sdikit butter..ketepikan..guna minyak yg sama utk buat sos.

- Butter
- Bwg putih cincang
- Cooking cream/fresh milk
- Sdikit air perahan lemon
- 1 sudu besar tepung jagung

Singgang kacang bendi

Resepi ⤵️
• 4 ulas bawang merah (hiris)
• 2 ulas bawang putih (hiris)
• 1 kpg asam keping
• 3 hiris lengkuas (hiris/tumbuk)
• Kacang bendi seikat
• Air secukup
• Gula garam secukupnya
• Cili & Tomato sebiji

Cara-cara ⤵️
1) Didihkan air 3 gelas (agak nak kuah b*k mana)
2) Masukkan bahan yang sudah dihiris bawang merah, bawan putih dan lengkuas.
3) Apabila mendidih masukkan asam keping dan potong kacang bendi
4) Perasakan dengan gula garam secukupnya
5) Last sekali masukkan tomato dan lada merah
