以前我以为减肥就是少吃、多做运动、一定要饿
结果体重还是没有掉,整个人又累又pek chek🥹
后来才发现:
🍽 减肥不挨饿,饿了也不会瘦
逼自己忍饿,只会让身体撑不下去
🥗 吃少不如吃对
吃得对、吃得好、吃得均衡,减肥才有效
