Dr Roseline Moo obtained her Medical degree (MD) from Kaohsiung Medical University, Taiwan in 2002. She served under MOH for 5 years and joined private GP practice since year 2007. She underwent postgraduate training in Practical Dermatology (Diploma and Master) under Cardiff University, and has attended Dermoscopy training throughout her practice, certified by Skin Cancer College Australasian SCCA. As a general practitioner with extended roles in dermatology, Dr Roseline Moo specializes in treating problems found on skin, scalp and nails. Dr Moo and her team work hard to offer top-of-the-line treatments for men and women, young and old. She focuses on preventative strategies in skin cancer screening also known as mole mapping. Working together with Innoquest (previously known as Gribbles International) laboratory we perform:
~ Allergy tests
~ STDs and other infections workup
~ PCR for COVID-19 virus
~ Autoimmune study
~ Histopathology study (skin biopsy)

THERAPEUTIC
Clinic Dr. Moo offers therapeutic services including pharmaceutical and procedural approaches. These include a wide range of oral medications and topical treatments. PROCEDURES

All required surgical equipment and sterilization facilities are fully furnished

FEE SCHEDULE
We accept cash, credit card and internet banking. Insurance policy holders of other bodies may pay up front and claim for reimbursement with insurance authority respectively. All our charges comply with the amended medical fee schedule, by Malaysian Medical Association in 2020

We at Clinic Dr Moo, provide holistic friendly approach to your skin problem. Dr Moo attends to all medical concerns as primary care practitioner, nevertheless, specializes in treating skin conditions. Mole check a.k.a skin cancer screening is the field she focuses on.

Dr Moo is one of the pioneer performing mole mapping in Southeast Asia. In view of globalization, more expatriates especially Caucasians are now staying or working in Kuala Lumpur. The need for surveillance of skin cancer gets overwhelming, as this ethnic group is known to be more prevalent.

Once a suspicious skin lesion is identified Clinic Dr Moo offers facilities to have them excised/biopsied, in order to obtain the pathological diagnosis. All procedures are performed in a safe, aseptic, and comfortable manner. All information including charges will be discussed with patients prior to procedures, which comply to MMA schedule.

Apart from skin cancers, the clinic offers diagnostic and therapeutic including topical (cleanser, creams, ointments, lotions) oral and injectable medications. Problems found on skin, scalp and nails; both male and female, young and old are attended with high level of professionalism.
