Many mums don’t realise that their sitting position can cause misalignment in the pelvis, which can lead to baby being in a less ideal position, and affecting how the labour progresses

If you’ve been feeling tightness, pelvic pain, baby always favouring one side, or difficulty sitting comfortably… sometimes, your pelvis just needs a little more space and alignment so baby can settle into the right position
