Biasa dengar atau beri alasan yang Keselamatan, Kesihatan Pekerjaan (KKP) ni tak perlu sebab:

- Syarikat saya kecil
- Syarikat saya hanya pejabat / trading
- Safety tak perlu sebab aktiviti syarikat tak merbahaya
- Bilangan pekerja rendah dan majoriti pekerja berada diluar pejabat
- Tiada masa dan fokus ialah keuntungan syarikat.... bukan belanja duit untuk safety

Sampai masa untuk ambil tahu peduli

Jika syarikat anda tidak tergolong dalam industri atau kategori operasi berisiko tinggi yang memerlukan Safety & Health Officer (SHO) seperti tertera dibawah,
maka syarikat anda WAJIB meperuntukan dan melantik Penyelaras Keselamatan & Kesihatan Pekerjaan di bawah Akta Pindaan Kesihatan & Keselamatan 2022

i. Operasi bangunan (kontrak >RM 20 juta)
ii. Kerja pembinaan kejuruteraan (kontrak >RM 20 juta)
iii. Mana-mana bangunan kapal yang menggaji (>100 pekerja)
iv. Aktiviti pemprosesan gas atau petrokimia (>100 pekerja)
v. Aktivit bahan kimia atau sekutu (>100 pekerja)
vi. Pembuatan dandang atau vesel tekanan (>100 pekerja)
vii. Industry logam (>100 pekerja)
viii. Industri kerja kayu (>100 pekerja)
ix. Industry pembuatan simen (>100 pekerja) dan
x. Aktiviti pembuatan (f) hingga (i), (>500 pekerja)

Sebagai langkah pematuhan, jalankan tanggunjawab anda sebagai majikan dengan mendaftar hari ini.
