We offer various types of classes in our schools:
1. Hatha Yoga
2. Asthanga Yoga
3. Male/Female Yoga

Sakthi School of Yoga was founded by SK Durai, Anuradha and Mahaletchumy. It was established in 2016 by long term practitioners SK Durai and Anuradha to share the art of yoga to all those who come seeking for this ancient art of well-being. SSOY Brickfields is the 7th Branch of Sakthi Yoga and is led by Teacher Jey whom is one of the senior teacher and practitioner of yoga. Over the years, Jey has grown from a beginner practitioner to one of the most sought after yoga teacher in Malaysian yoga industry. His asanas are remarkable, teachings are impeccable and his spirit is indomitable. Together with Jey, other SSOY Teachers will be leading various types of yoga including pregnancy, kids yoga and pregnancy yoga classes.
