But stiffness is usually the reason to start.

It comes from long workdays, stress held in the shoulders, hips that stop moving, and breath that never fully drops into the body.

Not from getting older.
Not from being “bad at exercise.”

Yoga does not force flexibility.
It restores movement that was slowly lost.
Your body is not broken.

It is responding exactly as it was designed to.

Clearing Space – A Spring Sound Journey

As the season changes, this session is an invitation to do a little inner spring cleaning — gently releasing what feels heavy and creating space for what’s ready to grow.

This is not about having a big or dramatic experience. It’s a slow, grounded reset for the body and mind, guided through sound, silence, and simple moments of reflection. A chance to soften, breathe, and return to yourself.

Over two hours, you’ll be held in a shared space guided by two sound healers, weaving complementary energies and instruments to create a sense of safety, depth, and flow. The session unfolds as a gentle ritual, allowing you to arrive, release, and integrate at your own pace.

During the journey, we’ll move through:
• A quiet journaling and intention-setting moment, to name what you’re ready to let go of and what you wish to invite in this season
• A duet sound journey, using a range of instruments inspired by nature — earth, water, wind, and subtle rhythms — to guide you through a deeply restful, immersive soundscape
• Spacious moments of stillness and breath, where nothing is required of you
• A soft closing with tea and optional sharing, offering time to land, warm the body, and return gently to the outer world

This sound journey is designed to feel organic and grounding — like walking slowly through nature, sensing rather than thinking, allowing sound to move through you without effort.

No experience is needed.
No pressure to feel a certain way.
Just come as you are, and let the space hold you.
