guide:

Symptoms:
Fever up to 101
Mild cough
Dryness
Extreme Weakness
Body-aches
Anxiety
Diarrhoea (In some cases)
Vomiting (in some cases)
Shortness of breath

Note: Everyone is experiencing different symptoms. Some people don't even show any symptoms. While a few might have only fever or aches, others can experience extreme affects like shortness of breath, anorexia, fever higher than 101.

Testing:
If you have fever, mild cough and body aches their is a high chance that u are covid positive. It is up-to you if u want to get tested or not. A better approach would be to start treating yourself as covid positive and start medication instantly.
Delays will only make things worst.

Testing charges: 7500 from chughtai lab
Results come in 48 hrs
Your results will be shared with punjab health department and yes they will call u and ask to visit your place. No need to panic. As long as u have your own room and private washroom. And you can quarantine yourself, they will not harm you in any way. They will come, check and take a few samples of people in your place and leave.

Medication:
Azomax 500 mg once a day (5 days)
Panadol (every 6 hrs depending on your fever)
Famvir 250 mg twice a day (5 days) antiviral
Enterigermina twice a day (anti-diarrhoea)
If you have aneroxia and vomitting (take onset thrice a day 15 mins before meal)
If u have cough you can nebulise once a day with ventoline.
Deltacortil (only To be prescribed by doc)

Vitamins for immunity:
Berocca vitamin C plus zinc (once a day)
Calcium supplement (Once a day)
Magnesium supplement (Once a day)
Sanna makki kahva before sleeping
Toot siah for throat
Sharbat e faulad for energy

Diet:
This will destroy you taste buds and sense of smell. You wont feel like eating anything but that is even worst for ur health. This will hit your core and energy levels. Make sure you take protein based diet. Eat less but take meals frequently.

Fresh juices
Milk shake
Fruits
Yougurt

Take small portions but eat every hour.

Do’s:
Take rest
Take steam
Sleep as much as possible
Minimum physical activity
Take medicines, eat, sleep and repeat.
Try to do breathing exercises
Note temperature every 3-4 hrs
Check pulse through an oximeter
Make sure you take Panadol before temperature rises.
Stay in isolation but obv u will need someone to attend you. You cant do everything on your own.
Take a sleeping pill at night if the situation is making u anxious and building up tension.
Make sure u open up all the windows and ventilate the room you are isolated in.

Dont’s:
Do not roam around
Do not go close to kids
Do not eat junk
Do not miss medicine
Do not exert

After knowing Alot of Health issues in this country for the Foreigners, I have planned to start a new Initiative for our Pakistani Community to Provide:

-Remote Doctor Consultation (Doctor At home)

-Telemedicine Service (Via Marham/ whatsapp video Consultation) for minor medical Cases that doesn’t require Visit to a Doctor.🩺

I have taken this step to provide easiest healthcare service on *primary healthcare level* to the foreigner people of Pakistan living here In Abroad So they don’t have to pay hefty Amount to the hospital and Clinics Unless required. And Yes Medication will b provided to the people (That are available easily or Supplied from Pakistan)

When to consult?
- For any Opd Cases that only Requires Re assurances Like Vit D deficiencies,backaches, migraines, Gastric Issues, Anxiety related issues

-General Medicine cases:
Malaria Typhoid Thyroid related issues,Peptic ulcer disease,Gerd(Gastric reflux issues, In layman Burning and Acidity of Stomach),diarrhea Constipations.
Diabetes Medications, plus any gynae related Issues,Also for getting Test Advised as per symptoms and other medicine cases.

-Cases related to Cardiology As I have a Cardiology experience. For cases of hypertension,Angina,Second opinions for CABG, Ecg 2nd Opinions, for updating or changing previous medications as per uncontrolled Hypertension or Diabetes.

-Consultations on MRI, CT scans and Angiography/Angioplasties MRCP ERCP or any related procedure

Keeping in mind I will collaborate with other General physicians and Surgeons from Karachi for More complex cases and Second Opinions that are out of my practice.

First Consultation and Call is free on Messenger (For knowing case details and if it is related to me or hospital/Clinical case)

-RM 30 for complete Online Video Consultation with Medication prescriptions and History/Visual possible Examination.

-RM 60 with transportation included (For those who wants a doctor at home)
