When we rest, we allow our Qi (vital energy) to rebuild, our mind to settle and our body to do what it’s naturally designed to do: restore balance. 🌱

✨ So if you’re feeling tired, unfocused, or off. That’s not weakness. It’s a signal.

😢「以前每晚脚麻、抽筋到哭，连走路都痛......」
