卞嵩京名老中医为上海中医文献馆客座研究员，原上海市黄浦区中心医院中医科主任，上海市中医脾胃病协作中心委员，上海市黄浦区消化道疾病小组顾问。韦医师和陈医师在卞老师的教导下，拥有十余年的门诊学习经验，他擅长中草药来治疗各类内科疾病，如中医儿科（小儿咳嗽、哮喘、感冒、过敏等）、皮肤科（湿疹、风疹等）、脾胃科（胃痛、慢性腹泻等）、中医妇科（月经不调、不孕）等。

Physician Wai and Physician Tan studied in Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, they were apprenticed to Shanghai renowned Chinese Medicine Doctor Bian Song-Jing for over 10 years.

Doctor Bian is a researcher in Shanghai Literature Institute of TCM, Head of TCM Internal Medicine Department of Shanghai Huangpu District Hospital, consultant and member of Shanghai Association of Gastronomy. Physician Wai and Physician Tan have been practicing and learning from Doctor Bian. He is expert in using traditional chinese herbs to treat all sorts of sickness, such as pediatrics disease(cough, asthma, common cold, allergies etc), skin disease(eczema, urticaria etc), digestive problems (gastric pain, diarrhea etc), gynecology (irregular menstruation, infertility etc).

韦医师更进修学习了针法里极具著名的平衡针法和头皮针法。平衡针法可以使颈、肩、腰、腿等痛症起到立竿见影的疗效，而头皮针法则对中风、瘫痪有非常好的康复作用。结合中医整脊推拿，可以更全面地对颈椎病、腰椎病等现代高发疾病有很大的帮助，也可防止再次复发。 Physician Wai is also skilled in using acupuncture as he studied body-balance acupuncture method and scalp acupuncture method. Balance methods are used to relief pain/soreness in neck, shoulder, back and legs instantly, while scalp method works well in stroke and paralysis recoveries. To combine with TCM massage and spinal alignments, not only cervical and lumbar spondylosis can be treated well, it helps greatly with prevention too.
