Different professions. Different stories. One lifesaving mission.

Today’s Basic Life Support (BLS) training brought together participants from very different backgrounds —
🦷 A Dentist Master’s student
📊 A Data Analyst
📈 An Accountant

They came with different reasons, but the same goal: to learn how to save a life.

One participant shared something that stayed with everyone in the room…
He once witnessed his father collapse from cardiac arrest, but he didn’t know how to perform CPR. The feeling of helplessness stayed with him until today.

Another participant shared that he did perform CPR on his father during cardiac arrest.
He did everything he could… but sadly, his father did not survive.

Today, they trained again — learning the correct CPR technique, AED use, and how to respond confidently in those critical first minutes.

Because when cardiac arrest happens, it doesn’t care about your profession.
It can happen at home, at work, or to someone you love most.

Learning CPR and AED is not just a skill.
For many people, it’s about turning regret into readiness.

💙 Just over World Autism Awareness Day on 2 April

In conjuction Of 20 years celebration, we celebrate the incredible dedication of autism educators, ABA therapists, and caregivers who support children with autism every single day.

During our recent First Aid Workshop, trainees learned essential lifesaving skills to better protect the children under their care, including:
🩹 How to respond to choking emergencies
🩹 Bleeding control and basic bandaging
🩹 Recognizing and responding to medical emergencies

Because when an emergency happens, the person closest to the child can make the biggest difference.

Equipping educators and therapists with first aid knowledge means creating a safer and more supportive environment for every child.

Together, let’s continue building a community that is prepared, compassionate, and inclusive. 💙

Sometimes the people who save lives… learn together. ❤️

Today’s Basic Life Support (BLS) training had a special pair of participants — a brother and sister who came together with one mission:
to learn how to save a life.

They practiced:
✅ Recognising cardiac arrest
✅ Performing high-quality CPR
✅ Using an AED (Automated External Defibrillator)
✅ Responding quickly during emergencies

Because in a cardiac arrest situation, every second matters.
Immediate CPR + AED can double or even triple a person’s chance of survival.

2 April is World Autism Day🫶🏻

Behind every child with autism is a team that cares deeply — Educators and ABA therapists who support them every day with patience and dedication.

But sometimes, unexpected moments happen. A sudden fall. Choking during snack time. A medical emergency during therapy.

In those moments, you are not just a teacher or therapist — you are the first responder.

Knowing basic first aid can turn fear into action, panic into protection, and preparation into the ability to protect a child when it matters most.

Because every child deserves someone nearby who knows what to do. 💙
