Our eyes are naturally designed to look far into the distance, not to stay focused up close for long periods of time. But today, we spend ๐๐ค๐ช๐ง๐จ reading, doing homework, and using screens. This can easily lead to ๐๐ฎ๐๐จ๐ฉ๐ง๐๐๐ฃ.
Here are some simple ways to help your eyes stay comfortable and healthy:
* ๐๐ค๐ค๐ ๐๐๐ง ๐๐ฌ๐๐ฎ for a few seconds every so often to relax your eye muscles
