For the first time in Malaysia, our team successfully performed Endoscopic Full-Thickness Resection (EFTR) using the Full-Thickness Resection Device (FTRD) System, led by Consultant Upper GI Surgeon, Dr Lau Peng Choong.

This minimally invasive procedure allows precise removal of certain gastrointestinal lesions that are quick, safe, and effective. With procedure time under 30 minutes and recovery in just 1 day, patients can get back to life faster.
