A female powerlifter came in with shooting pain down her right leg that started affecting her squat training. ⚡️🏋🏻‍♀️

During assessment, we noticed her hip shifting to one side during squats, which was likely contributing to the discomfort.

After 2 sessions, the hip deviation was significantly reduced, and the shooting pain down her leg resolved.

She’s now back to training more comfortably and feeling more stable as she prepares for her upcoming powerlifting competition. 💪

Frozen shoulder (adhesive capsulitis) is not just a muscle issue. It develops when the joint capsule thickens and tightens, restricting shoulder movement —
even when someone tries to push through it.

This is why rest alone doesn’t resolve it,
and why forcing stretches can sometimes make symptoms worse.

📈Frozen shoulder typically progresses through three stages:
• an early phase with increasing pain
• a stiff phase with marked loss of movement
• a recovery phase that requires guided rehabilitation

Without appropriate management, stiffness can persist for months or even years. The goal of care isn’t only pain relief —
but to restore joint mobility safely, retrain movement, and prevent long-term loss of function. Early recognition matters more than many people realise.

He came in because his lower back felt off.

The X-ray later showed mild right-sided lumbar scoliosis.
Subtle, but enough to create muscle imbalance and uneven pelvic level over time.

⚡️Pain shooting to the buttock or leg.
⚡️Stiffness after sitting, especially when standing up.
