初诊：24Apr2025 末诊照片摄于：3Jul2025
12Apr经友人提醒发现嘴角歪斜，后至西医就诊，已服稀血药及降压药。
24Apr就诊时，嘴角歪斜明显，眼睛紧闭不完全，伴随部分不适症状。
予针灸、闪罐和中药治疗。嘱一周可进行1-2次针灸，但患者居住距离较远，故后期1-2周进行1次针灸。
3Jul症状均明显缓解，血压稳定，嘴角稍歪斜但已明显好转！

‌Initial Visit:‌ April 24, 2025 Final Documentation:‌ July 3, 2025 (progress photo)
‌Clinical Timeline:‌
‌April 12, 2025‌: Noticed mouth deviation after friend’s alert. Sought Western medical treatment and received ‌blood-thinning medication‌ and ‌antihypertensive drugs‌.
‌April 24, 2025‌ (initial TCM visit):
Significant mouth deviation
Incomplete eye closure
Accompanying discomfort symptoms
‌Treatment Protocol‌:
Acupuncture + flash cupping + herbal medicine
Recommended frequency: 1-2 acupuncture sessions/week
Actual frequency: Reduced to 1 session per 1-2 weeks due to distance constraints
‌July 3, 2025‌:
Symptoms significantly relieved
Stable blood pressure
Slight residual mouth deviation with ‌marked functional improvement
