Guys. This is my daughter’s favorite use of the air fryer. Hands down.

French toast is one of my favorite breakfasts, but I have had a hard time getting either one of my kids to love it. They are down when it’s in cupcake form like my or my Fruit Topped but otherwise it’s usually not their thing.

Then my daughter and I spent a night at a Girl Scouts Camp this fall and they served straight-out-of-a-box frozen french toast sticks.
And my daughter freaking loved them.
She told my husband that Girl Scout camp has the best food. 🙄

Fast forward to black Friday when I ordered myself this little Phillips and started Air Frying all the things…including French Toast.
One crispy bite and my pickier than picky daughter was in love.
And since my kiddos are my toughest critics, this was a major win for me. Well, half a win, because my son still won’t touch them.

These make the perfect quick and easy breakfast before school, or I love to meal prep a bunch of them and freeze them to reheat whenever we want something quick and yummy.

How to Make Air Fryer French Toast Sticks
It’s so easy!
First, line bottom of air fryer basket with parchment paper – this is super important, as it prevents sticking. Next, slice your bread into 4 equal sticks.
Place stick on parchment and spray with cooking oil spray. Don’t overcrowd them – you may need to do two batches if your Air Fryer is really small.
Set to 360 and cook for ten minutes, flipping halfway and removing the parchment paper for the second half of cooking. You may need a little more or a little less time depending on your desired crispiness. We liked ours very crispy!
Then, mix egg, milk, maple syrup, vanilla and cinnamon together. Dip bread into egg mixture and coat well, but shake off the excess egg.
