I am thankful for the trust of all the players & coaches , and giving me great feedback and comments on how I can help each player better.

First time doing aerial yoga

Manage to complete one of my checklist for 2026 , which is to try aerial yoga , after being introduced to it by a few clients

A big thanks to our patient and helpful instructors , for the lovely introductory course to it .

Gotta be more flexible and stronger on my core and side glutes before exploring my next class . I'm surprised by the hip mobility that I have 🥳

Bittersweet feeling for the last event of the year

Happy cause managed to take 30 minutes off from last year's record

Disappointed by the cramp and side stitches that came around 11km onwards , which slowed me down . Will re-assess what happened and hopefully fix it

Many thanks to for coming along this crazy journey , now to rest before our celebrations!

And thank you to my team at Precise Rehab for helping me throughout the training block

One of my proudest client of 2025

Meet Ms A , where I got to help her with both her chronic neck and knee issue throughout Q1 and Q2 of 2025. She can now hike and play tennis with minimal pain 🥳

T-3 weeks to Penang Bridge Marathon

Training has been going really smoothly , which leads me to want to set a goal of 2 hours 20 minutes for the half marathon , and ending the year strong.

Camaraderie

The feeling of mutual trust and friendship among people you spend time with, and it shows with the smoothness of each piece

Through pain, patience, and months of quiet battles, you all rose again. And today you danced and performed with the heart of someone who never gave up. Congratulations to all of you for a fantastic concert

Looking forward to the 30th anniversary concert in 2 years ( there's a piece that I really enjoy and would like to see the full version) 😍
