为什么你明明休息了,还是很累?

有一种累,不是因为你做太多,
而是因为身体从来没被真正接住。

你有没有发现,有些人一停下来就更不舒服?
开始坐立不安、心烦、想逃。

不是休息有问题,而是身体已经习惯
长期紧绷当作正常。

当你突然不给它任务,它反而不知道该怎么办。
所以你会觉得:怎么什么都没做,却更累了。

身体不是不配合你,它只是还不相信
现在真的可以放下防备。
真正的恢复,不是“我今天什么都不做”,
而是身体第一次不需要随时准备应战。

这也是为什么,有些人越拉越累,
越放假越空。不是你不会照顾自己,
而是你从来没人教过你:恢复,是需要被引导的。

Why do you still feel tired, even after resting?

There is a kind of tiredness
that doesn’t come from doing too much,
but from a body that has never truly been held.

Have you noticed that
for some people, stopping actually feels worse?
Restlessness. Irritation. The urge to escape.

It’s not that rest is wrong.
It’s that the body has learned to treat
constant tension as normal.

So when you suddenly remove all tasks,
the body doesn’t know what to do with the space.

That’s why you end up thinking,
“I did nothing today…
so why am I even more exhausted?”

Your body isn’t resisting you.
It just hasn’t learned to trust yet
that it’s finally safe to let its guard down.

True recovery isn’t about
“doing absolutely nothing.”
It’s about the moment when the body
no longer feels the need to stay on standby.

That’s why some people feel worse the more they stretch,
and emptier the longer they rest.

It’s not that you don’t know how to take care of yourself.
It’s that no one ever taught you this:

Recovery needs guidance.

很多人不是不想练瑜伽,
而是已经被身体「吓怕了」。

一拉就痛,
一动就紧,
一停下来就觉得自己很差。

久了以后,
我们开始怀疑身体,
也顺便否定了自己。

但身体从来不是在跟你作对。
它只是被忽略太久,
只能用不舒服,
逼你停下来听它一次。

瑜伽不是再多给身体一个要求,
而是终于有一个地方,
你不用撑、不用证明、
不用把自己做到看起来很好。

你只需要在。
站在身体那一边。

在 yu+ studio,
我们不急着把你「练好」,
我们更在意,
你有没有慢慢回到自己。

如果你也曾经
因为身体而退后,
也许,这里会是一个
你愿意再试一次的地方。

Many people don’t avoid yoga because they don’t want to try.
They step back because they’re afraid of their own bodies.

It hurts when they stretch.
It tightens when they move.
And when they stop,
they start to feel like they’ve failed.

Over time,
we begin to doubt our bodies,
and quietly,
we begin to doubt ourselves.

But the body has never been against you.
It has simply been ignored for too long,
and discomfort became the only way
to ask you to pause and listen.

Yoga isn’t about becoming more flexible.
It isn’t about doing more or pushing harder.

It’s about finally having a space
where you don’t need to prove anything,
where you don’t have to fight your body,
and where you’re allowed to simply be.

You only need to stand on your body’s side.

If you’ve ever stepped back because of your body,
maybe this can be a place
where you feel safe to try again.
