We practiced:
✨ 9 rounds of Hatha Yoga Surya Namaskar

✨ 9 rounds of Ashtanga Surya Namaskar A & B

✨ Followed by asanas symbolizing Shakti – including Goddess Pose, Warrior Poses and many more...

A balanced practice to build strength, focus, and inner connection during this auspicious time. 🌸🙏
