Two Offshore Marine employs a mix of specialized vessels and expert personnel with extensive experience in all facets of marine logistics and construction. To complement our services we have developed a network of capabilities to provide engineering analysis, IMR and diving solutions, DP vessels support, offshore catering, crewing and ship management along with other facets of offshore operations. Last weekend, we brought together our Top 4 crew from both our Accommodation Work Barge and Anchor Handling Tug Supply for our 2025 Crew Seminar. 🚢

The session was designed to realign our team with the company’s vision and mission, strengthen awareness on Health, Safety & Environment, and reinforce the values that guide our operations at sea.

Beyond the discussions, our crew also took part in engaging activities fostering teamwork, connection, and a little fun along the way! 🤝✨

Meet our Chief Officer, Shamsul Bahar, who has been part of the maritime industry since 2008 and joined Two Offshore Marine in 2020. Hailing from Negeri Sembilan with a background in Nautical Studies from ALAM, Shamsul shares that his journey with TOMSB has been both meaningful and fulfilling.

He values the solid teamwork onboard, the strong communication with the office, and the trust placed in him to lead deck operations. For him, it is the people and the support system that make the demanding work run smoothly and he looks forward to many more adventures ahead with TOMSB 🌊.
