🔆 Seimbangkan Kecerahan Skrin
Kalau skrin terlalu terang… atau terlalu gelap… adjust sikit. Kecerahan seimbang = mata lebih selesa.

Night Mode bantu kurangkan silau, sakit kepala, dan rasa penat.

📏 Jarakkan Skrin Dari Mata
Satu jarak lengan dari skrin sudah cukup — tak perlu melekat depan monitor.

Rainy season bukan saja buat jalan jam — kalau tak jaga betul-betul, boleh kacau kesihatan juga.

🚗 Drive pelan-pelan
Heavy rain bukan F1. Kalau nampak jalan macam sungai kecil, slow down. Safety dulu, menyesal kemudian.

🏠 WFH kalau kawasan selalu banjir
Kalau rumah you tiap-tiap kali hujan jadi “private pool”, better just log in from home lah. Boss pun faham… hopefully.

👕 Wet clothes? Tukar cepat-cepat
Jangan tangguh tukar baju basah. Later badan masuk angin, pastu MC. Better dry yourself, stay warm.

💨 Make sure ada airflow dalam rumah
Jangan tutup semua tingkap macam nak buat sauna. Kasi airflow sikit — kurang lembap, kurang bau kepam.

📦 Letak barang penting tinggi-tinggi
Electronics, medical records, ubat-ubatan… jangan letak bawah. Once banjir masuk, habis semua. Prevention > pening kepala cari ganti.

📈The numbers have climbed steadily: from 12% in 2011, 19% in 2021, and now 21% in 2024.

Closer to home, the reality hits even harder:
⚠️ Malaysia is holding the highest diabetes rate in Southeast Asia, a record we carried in 2011, 2021… and continue to hold today.
