⢠1 red pepper
⢠½ cucumber
⢠2ā3 tbsp pumpkin seeds
⢠250g pomegranate seeds
⢠60g feta
⢠250g halloumi (pan-fried with chilli flakes + 1ā2 tsp honey)
⢠1 large sweet potato
⢠1 can chickpeas

Sweet potato + chickpeas
ā olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, cumin, salt
ā roast 180°C for 35ā40 mins

⢠6 tbsp olive oil
⢠1 tbsp greek yoghurt
⢠Juice of 1 lemon
⢠Fresh dill
⢠1 tsp honey
⢠Pinch of salt
