Had a short trip here and it really changed my perspective a little. I still love how rugged the Malaysian trails are but I can also imagine how it makes things inaccessible. A lot of these trails in Singapore are wheelchair friendly, and the well maintained handrails are great for the elderly (although I don't think the elderly need them lol they're all super fit from the daily mrt commute).

Have you explored the nature reserves in Singapore?

Just sharing some simple yoga stretches at the start or end of the day for those who are fasting. Also great for those who are just looking for gentle movements, on days where you're just too tired. As much as I love pushing myself, I've been through times where it feels difficult to just climb out of the bed and it's during those times when I'm happy to just move my body in simple ways.

Do you still do your regular workouts when fasting?

If you've always wanted to try new things but feel too afraid to join those who have been doing it for a while, come join this outdoor rock climbing session! It will be one where we all have fun and a laugh or two while figuring things out along the way. There's no pressure to reach the top, and just like how I love hiking for the journey, I believe that enjoying the process of climbing is what's more important.

Hii! I'm doing a one-off beginner yoga class. It's been really fulfilling to see regular students get stronger over time, while building more confidence in their own bodies. As someone who used to never do any physical activities, I truly hope to see more people move. If intense classes feel a little intimidating, I hope this class will help you to start moving. If you've taken a long long break, I hope to see you in class too 🫶

Even though I do a lot of things alone, I still feel nervous when I'm unprepared / don't know what to expect. Maybe coz I'm an introvert and asking people for help takes quite a bit of courage. Hopefully these photos and captions will help those who plan to DIY their Mt. Kinabalu climb, by knowing what to expect. Don't forget to arrange your extra night accomodation, flight tickets and car rental 😊
