As of April 15, new Work-From-Home (WFH) arrangements for government agencies and GLCs have officially taken effect. Under the Occupational Safety and Health Guidelines for Flexible Working Arrangement 2026, DOSH has clarified that employers’ "duty of care" now explicitly includes home workspace safety and psychosocial risk assessments (managing stress and mental fatigue).
