好不容易迎来宝宝后，我却有了离婚的念头...

我和老公在一起八年，去年迎来了我们的第一个宝宝。

可不知道从什么时候开始，「离婚」这两个字，却频频出现在我的脑海里，挥之不去。

老公每次下班回到家，都只是稍微看下宝宝，有时甚至让宝宝自己在一旁玩，而他则低头看手机。

但我却要在他下班后赶紧准备晚餐，一天下来唯一能真正歇一口气的时间，只有洗澡的那十分钟。

有一次他一边看手机，一边让宝宝自己玩，我忍不住提了一句：“你一天里真正能陪宝宝的时间就只有下班后这段，能不能等他睡了再看手机？”

没想到这句话，却让他瞬间炸了！

他反问我：“连我看手机你都要管？难道我连看手机的自由都没有吗？”

那次之后，我不再说什么，也不再期待他能好好陪宝宝了。

我是剖腹产，加上没有人帮忙，连月子都没能好好坐，身体落下了毛病，尤其是打麻醉的地方，总是隐隐作痛...

有一次实在难受，想让他帮我按一按，他却说：“按了有什么用？也不会好。”

那一刻，我的心彻底凉了，我想离婚的念头越来越频繁...

每次起争执，他从来不会试着解决问题，而是第一时间指责我，说我有问题，说我爱生闷气。

我开始反复问自己：“我到底在图什么？”

给不了物质上的需求，情绪价值也没有。

结婚的婚戒，还是当初订婚时的那一枚；过年过节没有一句问候，甚至连生日蛋糕都是我自己买的；月子中心太贵，请阿姨太贵，最后只能选择自己坐月子和带孩子。

我全职照顾宝宝，没有收入。他一个人上班赚钱，既要养我们的小家，又要顾他自己的大家...

我心疼他，所以提出是否能让他的弟妹也一起分担一些婆家的费用。他却说他是老大，不好意思开口，也不想因为钱伤了和气。渐渐地，我开始怀疑自己...

是不是我太物质了？
是不是我不够称职？
是不是我的要求本来就不合理？

可一想到离婚，我又害怕。我怕孩子像我一样，在单亲家庭中长大，寄人篱下，变得自卑...也怕自己没有能力，给孩子一个足够好的生活。

于是，我被困在原地...一边是越来越撑不下去的婚姻，一边是不敢轻易放手的母亲身份。

大家觉得我应该怎么办才好？
