We are a q***r friendly and client-affirming organization comprised of licensed mental health professionals. We are also Certified Fitness Practitioners (CFPs), as certified by the FEA. We offer services such as psychotherapy, counseling, and fitness sessions for those experiencing mental illness, and people who are undergoing life’s stressors. A lot of interns come to us thinking,
“I want to be a psychologist.”

“When your friends say… just stop overthinking 😭”

If only it worked like that.

Here are some tips that might actually help:
• Name it: “I’m overthinking right now”
• Set a worry window (10–15 mins, then pause)
• Get into your body: walk, breathe, cold water
• Reality check: is this a fact or a fear?
• Brain dump — write everything out

Overthinking isn’t the problem —
it’s your mind trying to protect you.

Learn to work with it, not against it.
