瑜伽教会我们的,是柔中带刚。
很多人以为力量就是“硬”,
但练习久了才发现,
真正的力量,是在放松中依然稳定,
是在温柔里依然坚定。
不是一味用力,
而是在该收的时候收,该放的时候放。
当你不再对抗,身体反而更有力量,
内心也慢慢变得安定而清晰。
柔,不是退让,
而是一种更深的力量。
Yoga teaches us to be soft, yet strong.
Strength is often mistaken for hardness, but with time and practice, it becomes clear that true strength is staying steady even in softness, remaining grounded even in gentleness.
It’s not about forcing or pushing, but knowing when to hold, and when to let go. When resistance softens, the body finds more strength, and the mind becomes calmer and clearer.
Softness is not weakness, it is a deeper kind of strength.
