Who am I? — This sacred question opens the doorway to spirituality. In meditation, you begin to notice that thoughts are just momentary waves, rising and falling in the ocean of your inner stillness. 🕊️

The deeper you go, the clearer it becomes that you are not the noise of the mind, but the conscious presence quietly observing it. 🌙
