Ever since I started doing foot soaks, my body felt so much better 💪
But guess what…many people are actually soaking the wrong way! 😳

Want your foot soak to be more effective? Remember these 5 key tips 👇
1️⃣ Best time: 9pm–11pm
In TCM, this is the “kidney nourishment” golden hour — soaking now works better!
2️⃣ Water temperature: 38–42°C
Test with your fingers — warm, not burning hot.
3️⃣ Water level: cover the ankles
Even better if it reaches mid-calf for deeper warmth.
4️⃣ Herbal boost: add a herbal foot bath 🌿
Helps improve circulation and relax the meridians.
5️⃣ Stay warm afterward
Dry your feet immediately and wear socks — don’t let wind or cold undo the benefits!

Just 10 minutes of foot soaking a day, and you’ll slowly feel warmer, more relaxed, and more energized ✨
