Because I keep seeing patients massage an acute sprain and make it worse, I want to correct this mistake. 因为我常常看到病人一扭伤就按摩，结果把急性扭伤越弄越严重，所以我必须出来纠正这个错误。 关节一扭伤，很多人第一反应就是马上揉！马上按！ 结果脚踝立刻变成黑青、肿成两倍大！ 为什么？ 因为你正在挤压 新鲜撕裂的韧带， 让内部出血更严重！ 扭伤是韧带受伤，不是肌肉结块！ 扭伤后 48 小时内按摩 = 灾难！ 正确做法👇 休息、冰敷、加压、抬高（R.I.C.E） 保护它，而不是“毁掉”它。
