Hi everyone this page has not been active for a long time, and yet I could not bear to close it, as it was my first business page for Bowen therapy.
I moved back home to Scotland almost 3 years ago and have now established my business there
This page is getting targeted by scammers now so il be closing it down next week
I just want to thank each and everyone of you for trusting and believing in me.
I had the best time building a client base in KL and I still miss it

Knee to wall: a powerful self screen to check your range of motion at the ankle

Being able to screen your own ankles means empowering yourself with a chance to experiment and see what ACTUALLY works
Being your own scientist is extremely empowering because it lets you tinker with your body and track improvement
Tips on knee to wall: (more detailed video coming soon to TFC App)
- Place your foot perpendicular you a walk
- With the knee tracking over the third toe, lunges forward until your knee touches the wall without the heel lifting up, without any pain and without the arch of the foot collapsing
- Slowly move your foot further away from the wall until you reach a point where going further would stop your knee from touching
- Measure the distance from your big toe to the wall
- Compare side to side (should be within a few centimetres) and although I haven’t found any reliable normative data, I consider anything less than 10cm to be a restricted ankle needing some work
Try it out, get a baseline and see how you improve over time after working on your ankle mobility

Hi everyone, for those of you who don’t know, my husband is running the putrajaya night marathon next Saturday (13/4/2019) to raise funds for Friends of Myanmar Education Centre, Kuala Lumpur

This week has been really busy, but I still managed to practise what I preach to my clients about moving and stretching.
I managed to get to a qigong class withInfiniqi as part of OurBodySpace summit yesterday and I loved it.
Followed by a fantastic team building event at the party room with my lovely colleagues from The Energy Source
I am looking forward to yoga on Tuesday with Yugen Yoga
And i am continuing my swimming and walking when I can fit them in round my busy client list
