As we stay at home to blunt the impact of the COVID-19 for our first responders and essential workers, many of us – perhaps for the very first time – have turned to delivery services for meals and groceries. There has been a surge in demand for home food delivery with more and more people staying indoors and practicing social distancing during the lockdown period of COVID-19.
