Choon Seen Fatt was founded by Master Yap Tim Leong in 1981. At the very beginning, Master Yap was just helping a small group of people that having life trouble and health issue. After 5 years of dedicated and growth, Choon Seen Fatt begin to contribute to the society. Since 1992, Master Yap started to host fundraising dinner every year to support different charity organization.

叶添良居士于1981年成立众善佛。起初只有小部分的人寻找叶居士消灾解难，但随着人们的广泛宣传，五年后的众善佛已有能力贡献于社会。自1992年，叶添良居士开始举办年度慈善晚宴，为更多慈善团体筹款，资助更多需要帮助的人。
